Arizona Tile Roofing, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates arizonatileroofing.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The only information this website gathers is what you choose to enter in the "Tell Us About Your Roof" estimate form:

• Your name — so we know who we are talking to.
• Your phone number — so we can call or text you back about your request.
• Your email address — optional, and only used if you provide it.
• Your property ZIP code or address — so we know whether the property is in our service area and can plan a site visit.
• The service you selected — tile roofing, leak repair, and so on.
• Your consent — the checkbox confirming we may contact you about the request.

There is no account to create, no password, and no login. If you never submit the form, we never receive anything from you through this website.

What we do not do

• We do not place advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
• We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools here.
• We do not build marketing profiles about visitors.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with data brokers or lead-resale companies. Ever.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top of this page before those tools go live.

Information collected automatically by other companies

Like nearly every website, this one loads some files from other companies' servers. Doing so necessarily reveals your IP address and basic browser information to them, the same way visiting any website reveals it to that website. Specifically:

• Netlify hosts this site and keeps standard server access logs.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses.
• jsDelivr serves the icon set.

We do not control what those companies do with that information, and we do not receive reports or analytics from them about you.

How we use what you send us

We use your information to respond to your request and, if you hire us, to do the work. That means calling or texting you back, scheduling a look at your roof, preparing an estimate, ordering materials, and handling warranty or service questions afterward.

We do not add you to a newsletter or a drip campaign. Submitting the form is a request for an estimate, not a subscription to anything.

Phone calls and text messages

When you check the consent box, you are telling us we may contact you by phone, text, or email about that roofing request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or email us — and we will.

When we share information

We share your information only in these situations:

• People who help do the work. A supplier delivering material or a subcontractor on your job may need your name, address, and phone number to show up at the right place. They get what the job requires and nothing more.
• When the law requires it. A court order, subpoena, valid law-enforcement request, or a requirement from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
• To protect people or property in an emergency.

How long we keep it

If you request an estimate and do not hire us, we keep your request for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then discard it. If you do hire us, we keep job records as long as we need them for warranty, tax, insurance, and contractor-licensing purposes, which is generally several years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except for records we are legally required to retain.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call or email us using the details below. We do not charge for this and we will not make you jump through hoops.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers through this form.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information will not be applied retroactively to information we already hold.
